St. Michael’s Cemetery is situated in the borough of Queens in New York City. Established in 1852, St. Michael’s is one of the oldest religious, nonprofit cemeteries in the New York City metropolitan area which is open to people of all faiths. It is owned and operated by St. Michael’s Church, an Episcopal congregation located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

    Earth Day Event 2024

    A gathering took place on Saturday in celebration of Earth Day and to pay tribute to boxing legend Emile Griffith by planting a tree in his honor. The weather was delightful and the event featured a wonderful BBQ and live music, making it a memorable day for all.

I have been with st. Michael’s for years as my final resting place. I would recommend it to all who’s looking for a final peaceful resting place.
